Book directly on this page using our booking form. Select your service, choose a date and available time slot, fill in your details and pay the 50% deposit to confirm. You'll receive a WhatsApp message and email confirmation.
Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. It is applied to your total cost at the appointment. Bookings without a deposit are not confirmed.
Please arrive free of eye makeup and mascara. For fill-in appointments, at least 40% of your lashes should still be on. Avoid oily products around the eye area 24 hours before.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance incur no additional charges. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit. No-shows 30 minutes past appointment time result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
We accept cash, mobile money (MTN MoMo, AirtelTigo, Telecel Cash), bank transfers, and card payments.
Lash extensions typically last 3–4 weeks with proper aftercare. We recommend booking a refill every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.
Yes. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any microblading, microshading, or brow treatment for new clients. Contact us to arrange this ahead of time.
